HVAC Inspections

The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (or HVAC) are some of the most important elements of a home or commercial property. It keeps the building at a comfortable temperature at all times of the year as well as keeping pipes from freezing and possibly bursting in the Winter.

Systems we inspect are:

Heating and Ventilation

• Gas forced-air furnaces
• Boiler systems
• Steam heating systems
• Electric heating systems

Air Conditioning

• Condenser
• Evaporator
• Freon lines
• Condensation pump
• Overall operation

Critical to Both Systems:

• Both systems utilize the thermostat, therefore, we also inspect the operation of the thermostat to ensure its functionality.
• The vent pipe to service the chimney is also inspected.
