PLUMBING INSPECTIONS

During your inspection, here are examples of some of the systems our inspector will evaluate:

Supply:

• Shutoff valves
• Tubs, showers, toilets, and sinks
• Identify the type of plumbing materials
• Identify water meter location
• Inspect water meter shutoff valves
• Check fixture operations, i.e., faucets
• Identify hot water heater type, size, model, etc.
• Check TPR valve
• Check for obvious leaks throughout home
• Confirm if city or septic system
• Measure system water pressure
• Well pump operation

Drainage:

• Check for drainage line leaks throughout system
• Garbage disposal operation
• Identify if city or septic system
• Inspect air vent pipes
