ROOF INSPECTIONS

The roof is the umbrella of your home and protects you from every outside element.  This is a critical area to inspect.  We physically go on most roofs, weather permitting, because a great roof inspection should be done when actually ON the roof.

While inspecting your roof, we will evaluate the following materials and systems:

• Shingles
• Vents
• Flat roof membranes
• Skylights
• Chimneys
• Flashing
• Gutters
• Downspouts and drainage systems
• Roof penetrations

We will also look for:

• Wind damage
• Water damage and mold
• Holes
• Missing shingles
• Improper roof installation
• Obvious repairs done and/or needed
• Leaks

This is not an all-inclusive list but gives you an idea of what your inspection will comprise of.
